Overview
MHV-50 Color Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and optoelectronic technology. This hardness gauge is suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens and surface infiltration treated parts. It is a satisfactory hardness testing instrument for research and testing by scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Touchscreen display Operating interface.
2. The test force and load holding time of each gear of Hardness Ruler HV or HK can be selected through the operation panel.
3. After directly entering the D1 and D2 values measured by the eyepiece, the Hardness value is directly displayed on the display screen.
4. Measurement light source strength and test force retention time can be adjusted by software.
5. Easy to use, Measurement accuracy.
6. The hardness gauge can be equipped with an optional photographic device.
Principle
The hardness gauge uses precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology. By automatically applying and converting the test force, the Vickers indenter is pressed into the surface of the sample, and the test force is removed after maintaining the specified time. By manually switching the objective lens, the diagonal length of the Callus (D1, D2) is measured under the Microscope, and the Measured value is entered into the system. The built-in software calculates the Vickers (HV) or Knoop (HK) Hardness value according to the ratio of the test force to the Callus area, and displays it directly on the color Touchscreen.
Applications
Research institutions, factories, Quality control departments
Standards
JJG151-2006、GB/T4340、JISB-7734、ASTM E92、ISO 6507
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the test bench.
2. Select Hardness ruler (HV/HK), test force gear and load holding time through Touchscreen.
3. Start the automatic loading and unloading test force procedure.
4. The test force is automatically removed after maintaining the set time.
5. Manually switch to measurement objective.
6. The diagonal lengths D1 and D2 of the Cedars are measured by the micrometer eyepiece.
7. Enter the D1 and D2 values into the Touchscreen Operating interface.
8. The system automatically calculates and displays the Hardness value.
9. Data storage, printing and other operations can be performed.
Notice
Please read the product instruction manual carefully before use.
Make sure the power supply is AC220V/50Hz and connected correctly.
Select the appropriate test stand (large, medium, "V" type) according to the height and shape of the specimen.
Use horizontal adjustment screws to ensure that the instrument is level.
* Switch the indenter and objective lens to manual operation, please proceed with caution.
* Pay attention to adjust the Illuminant strength during measurement to obtain a clear image.
* Please calibrate regularly using standard Hardness blocks.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration.
Pay attention to the maximum specimen height of the instrument and the distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall.
* Equipped with spare fuse (0.5A) and bulb, please refer to instructions for replacement.
* The camera is an optional accessory, if you need photography function, please configure it separately.
