Overview
MHVS-5AT Touchscreen Automatic Turret Digital Display Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology. The hardness gauge is suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens and surface infiltration treated parts. It is a satisfactory hardness testing instrument for research and testing by scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Touchscreen display Operating interface.

3. The test force can be increased or decreased according to customer requirements.
4. The test force and load holding time of each gear of Hardness Ruler HV or HK can be selected through the operation panel.

Principle
Vickers hardness testing lays a Cedar on the surface of a hardened steel specimen. The Cedar, regardless of size, needs to be geometrically similar to the Cedar shape, and the Cedar needs to have a well-defined boundary point for easy measurement, and the indenter needs to have a high strength to resist its own deformation.

Steps
1. Zero setting, ruler selection, test force selection, load time setting, etc. through the Touchscreen Operating interface.
2. Place the specimen on the test bench.
3. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the process of switching between the indenter and the objective mirror, loading the test force, retaining the load, and removing the test force.
4. Hardness value is displayed directly on the display screen.
5. Data can be printed through the Built-in Printer.

• Please use the horizontal adjustment screws in the standard configuration to ensure that the equipment is placed horizontally.
• Please check whether the spare fuse (0.5A) and spare light bulb are in good condition before use.
• When operating, please note that the distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 135mm, and the maximum height of the specimen is 160mm.
