Overview
MHVS-30AT Touchscreen automatic turret digital display Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and optoelectronic technology. The hardness gauge is suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens and parts after surface infiltration treatment. It is a satisfactory hardness testing instrument for research and testing by scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments. Vickers hardness testing on the surface of the hardened steel specimen to lay a Cedar, the Cedar regardless of size, its shape needs to be geometrically similar to the shape of the Cedar, and the Cedar needs to have a clear boundary point for easy measurement, and the indenter needs to have high strength to resist its own deformation.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts Vickers hardness testing method, and the test force is applied to the surface of the specimen by the indenter. The indenter and the objective lens are automatically switched, and the diagonal length of the Crowder is observed and measured by the Microscope. Measured values are converted into Vickers (HV) or Knoop (HK) Hardness values through the built-in calculation system, and displayed directly on the Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Power on and select Hardness Ruler (HV or HK).
2. Select the required test force and load holding time.
3. Place the specimen on the test bench and move it to the test position through the XY platform.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the switching between the loading and unloading test force, the indenter and the objective lens.
5. Observe and confirm the C9 measurement results through the Touchscreen, and the Hardness value is directly displayed.
6. You can choose to print or store test data.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V/50Hz before use.
The maximum height of the specimen should not exceed 160mm.
• The distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 135mm, please ensure that the size of the specimen is appropriate.
• Please select the appropriate test force and load holding time (5~ 60s) according to the standard requirements.
• Make sure the environment is stable during measurement to avoid vibration affecting Test accuracy.
• Regularly calibrated using standard Hardness blocks to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Device weight is 45kg, please pay attention to safety when handling.
