MHVS-50AT Touchscreen automatic turret digital display Vickers Hardness Tester is a new type of Vickers Hardness Tester using precision mechanical technology and optoelectronic technology. The hardness gauge is suitable for the measurement of small, thin specimens and parts after surface infiltration treatment. It is a satisfactory hardness testing instrument for research and testing by scientific research institutions, factories and Quality control departments.

Principle
Vickers hardness testing lays a Cedar on the surface of a hardened steel specimen. The Cedar, regardless of size, needs to be geometrically similar to the Cedar shape, and the Cedar needs to have a well-defined boundary point for easy measurement, and the indenter needs to have a high strength to resist its own deformation.

Notice
• Please use the horizontal adjustment screws in the standard configuration to ensure the level of the instrument.
• Please check whether the spare light bulb and fuse are in good condition before use.
• Please choose the appropriate test bench (large, medium, "V" type) according to the size of the specimen.
When operating, please pay attention to the distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall (135mm) and the maximum height of the specimen (160mm).
• The power requirements are AC220V/50Hz.
• Camera device is optional, not included in standard configuration.
