Overview
JMHVS-5AT precision digital display Vickers Hardness Tester (head mobile) is a new generation product with a unique head down-pressing design and a sturdy structure. It combines precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology, adopts a fully closed-loop Control system, and uses a pressure sensor as a feedback unit to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test.
Features
1. Measurement light source strength can be adjusted by pressing the button.
2. With a mobile head structure, linear slide guide, using T-screw and High Accuracy motor drive.
3. Fix the stage to reduce the coaxiality error caused by the up and down movement of the screw.
4. Crane measurement is more stable.
5. The working platform has a large space, which can realize large-scale measurement and is suitable for replacing large-scale working platforms.
6. Unique Closed Loop Control system, hardness testing is faster and more accurate.
7. Automatic conversion of indenter and objective lens.
8. Can preset the test force holding time.
9. Hardness value conversion table built into the software.
10. Easy to use, Measurement accuracy.
11. The hardness gauge can also prepare a photographic device according to the special requirements of the user, which can shoot the metallographic structure of the measured material and the material.
Principle
The hardness gauge adopts a full closed-loop Control system, and the test force information is fed back in real time through the pressure sensor to realize automatic loading and unloading of the test force. Under the action of the preset test force, the indenter is pressed into the surface of the sample to form a Cedar, and then automatically switches and measures the diagonal length of the Cedar through a high-power Microscope (100 times observation, 200 times measurement). Combined with the built-in Hardness value conversion table, the final Vickers or Nuth Hardness value is directly displayed on the color Touchscreen.
Applications
Steel, non-ferrous metals, IC chips, thin plastics, metal foils, platings, coatings, surface hardening layer, laminated metal, heat treatment effect, carburizing layer hardening depth, cemented carbide, ceramics, sheet, Eletroplating, micro-target, welding joints, deposition layer hardness testing
Standards
EN ISO 6507、EN ISO 6506、ASTM E-384、ASTM E-10-08、ASTM E-384 GB/T231.2、JJG150
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the hardness gauge.
2. Place the specimen smoothly on the stage.
3. Select the required test force, Hardness scale and load holding time through the color Touchscreen.
4. Start the test, and the equipment will automatically complete a series of operations such as pressure head/objective lens switching, applying test force, load holding, and removing test force.
5. After the test is completed, observe the Crow through the eyepiece, or read the Hardness value calculated by the measurement system directly on the screen.
