Overview
The JMHVS-10AT precision digital display Vickers Hardness Tester (head mobile) is a new generation product with a unique head down-pressing design and a strong and durable structure. The hardness gauge combines precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology, adopts a fully closed-loop Control system, and uses a pressure sensor as a feedback unit. It is suitable for precise testing of Hardness of various materials.
Features
1. Measurement light source strength can be adjusted by pressing the button.
2. With a mobile head structure, linear slide guide, using T-screw and High Accuracy motor drive.
3. Fix the stage to reduce the coaxiality error caused by the up and down movement of the screw.
4. Crane measurement is more stable.
5. The working platform has a large space, which can realize large-scale measurement and is suitable for replacing large-scale working platforms.
6. Unique Closed Loop Control system, hardness testing is faster and more accurate.
7. Automatic conversion of indenter and objective lens.
8. Can preset the test force holding time.
9. Hardness value conversion table built into the software.
10. Easy to use, Measurement accuracy.
11. Photographic devices can be prepared according to the specific requirements of users, capable of photographing the metallographic structure of the measured materials.
Principle
The hardness gauge adopts the principle of Vickers hardness testing. By automatically applying a specific test force, the diamond regular tetragonal pyramid indenter is pressed into the surface of the sample, and the test force is removed after maintaining the specified time. The diagonal length of the residual Cx on the surface of the sample is measured by the airborne Microscope, and the built-in software is used to automatically calculate and display the Vickers (HV) or Knoop (HK) Hardness value.
Applications
Steel, non-ferrous metals, IC chips, thin plastics, metal foils, platings, coatings, surface hardening layer, laminated metal, heat treatment effect, carburizing layer hardening depth, cemented carbide, ceramics, sheet, Eletroplating, micro-target, welding joints, deposition layer hardness testing
Standards
JJG151-2006、GB/T4340、JISB-7734、ASTM E92、ISO 6507
Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it on the stage.
2. Adjust the level of the machine through the horizontal adjustment screw.
3. Turn it on, set the zero position, select the test force, and set the load retention time through the LCD screen.
4. Start the test, the hardness gauge automatically completes the pressure head/objective lens switching, applying the test force, holding and unloading process.
5. Observe the Canger (or through the optional camera device) through the micrometer eyepiece, and the hardness gauge automatically measures and calculates the display Hardness value.
6. Data storage, printing or conversion operations can be performed.
Notice
• Please read the product instruction manual carefully before use.
Make sure the power supply is AC220V/50Hz and connect the power cord correctly.
• The instrument needs to be calibrated with a standard Hardness block before testing.
When placing the sample, ensure that its maximum height does not exceed 160mm, and note that the distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 135mm.
• According to the test materials and requirements, choose the correct test force (0.3kgf to 10kgf) and load holding time (5~ 60s).
• Avoid Violent Vibration or Impact during Operation.
• Optical inspection components (e.g. objective, eyepiece) are kept clean.
• The instrument is equipped with a spare fuse (0.5A) and a spare light bulb, which needs to be replaced according to specifications.
• If you don't use it for a long time, you should disconnect the power supply and keep it safe.
