Overview
JMHVS-30AT precision digital display Vickers Hardness Tester (head mobile) is a new generation product with a unique head down-pressing design and a sturdy structure. It combines precision machinery and photoelectric technology, uses a fully closed-loop Control system, and uses a pressure sensor as a feedback unit to ensure accurate and stable testing.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts a full closed-loop Control system, and the test force is fed back in real time through the pressure sensor to realize automatic loading and unloading of the test force. During the test, the indenter is pressed into the surface of the sample under the preset test force, removed after a certain period of time, and then automatically switches to the objective lens, observes and measures the diagonal length of the Cong through the Microscope, and calculates and displays the Vickers or Knoop Hardness value in combination with the built-in conversion table.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on the stage and level it using horizontal adjustment screws.
2. Select the required test force, ruler and load holding time through the Touchscreen.
3. Start the test, and the equipment will automatically complete the pressure head down, load, unloading and pressure head/objective lens switching.
4. Observe the Cedar through the micrometer eyepiece, or directly measure the diagonal length of the Cedar on the screen.
5. The device automatically calculates and displays the Hardness value.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed horizontally before use.
Do not exceed the maximum height (210mm) and width (150mm) of the specimen.
• Operating temperature (10~ 38 ℃) and power supply (AC220V/50Hz).
When replacing a light bulb or fuse, use spare parts and ensure that the device is powered off.
• Regularly calibrated using standard Hardness Blocks to ensure Measurement accuracy.
