Overview
JMHVS-50AT precision digital display Vickers Hardness Tester (head mobile) is a new generation of products. It adopts a unique head down-pressing design and has a sturdy structure. It combines precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology, adopts a fully closed-loop Control system, and uses a pressure sensor as a feedback unit to ensure the accuracy and stability of the test.
Features
1. Measurement light source strength can be adjusted by pressing the button.
2. With a mobile head structure, linear slide guide, using T-screw and High Accuracy motor drive.
3. Fix the stage to reduce the coaxiality error caused by the up and down movement of the screw.
4. Crane measurement is more stable.
5. The working platform has a large space, which can realize large-scale measurement and is suitable for replacing large-scale working platforms.
6. Unique Closed Loop Control system, hardness testing is faster and more accurate.
7. Automatic conversion of indenter and objective lens.
8. And can preset the test force holding time.
9. Hardness value conversion table built into the software.
10. Easy to use, Measurement accuracy.
11. The hardness gauge can also prepare a photographic device according to the special requirements of the user, which can shoot the metallographic structure of the measured material and the material.
Principle
The hardness gauge adopts a full closed-loop Control system, which feeds back the test force information in real time through the pressure sensor to ensure that the applied test force is accurate and stable. During the test, the indenter and objective are automatically switched, and the specified test force is applied to the sample to form Cang, and then the diagonal length of Cang is measured through a high-power Microscope, and the Vickers (HV) or Knoop (HK) Hardness value is automatically calculated and displayed.
Applications
Steel, non-ferrous metals, IC wafers, thin plastics, metal foils, platings, coatings, surface hardening layers, laminated metals, heat treatment effects, hardening depth of carburized layers, hard alloys, ceramics, sheets, Eletroplating, micro-targets, welding joints or deposited layers hardness testing
Standards
JJG151-2006、GB/T4340、JISB-7734、ASTM E92、ISO 6507
Steps
1. Place the specimen on the test bench and level it using horizontal adjustment screws.
2. Select the required test force, load holding time and other parameters by pressing the button.
3. Start the test, and the equipment automatically completes the process of pressing down, holding, and unloading the indenter.
4. The indenter and objective are automatically switched, and the diagonal data of the Crow is read through the micrometer eyepiece or digital display.
5. The hardness gauge automatically calculates and displays the Hardness value (HV/HK), and can be used for Data storage or printing.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the power supply is AC220V/50Hz and the connection is reliable.
• Measurement accuracy should be calibrated with a standard Hardness block before testing.
When placing the sample, ensure that its surface is clean, flat, and the maximum height does not exceed 210mm.
• The distance from the center of the indenter to the machine wall is 150mm, please pay attention to the size and placement of the sample.
• Do not forcibly move the nose or stage during operation.
• When replacing bulbs or fuses, use spare parts (2 spare bulbs, 2 spare fuses 0.5A).
• When the instrument is not in use, the power should be cut off and kept clean and drying.
• The optional camera device is an extra configuration, not included in the standard configuration.
