JMHVS-XYZ automatic precision Vickers Hardness Tester (head mobile) is a Vickers Hardness measurement system developed with an integrated concept. It is mainly used for the micro-Vickers Hardness measurement of various metals and some Non-metallic materials. It can measure the Hardness of various parts (such as machined parts, forgings, cast iron, steel castings, etc.), non-ferrous metals and heat-treated parts. It is also suitable for the determination of effective hardened layer depth, coated platings and heat-affected parts of welded parts. The system can also be used to observe the internal metallographic structure of various metal parts, and to collect, display and output images for printing, especially for the measurement of the Hardness layer distribution of the workpiece.
