Overview
The SAFETAK GC10S-O2 is a single oxygen detector with a compact, pocket Portable Appearance. It features a user-friendly backlit display for easy reading in dark environments and a 360 ° multi-function alarm function. It is easy to operate and rugged, especially for workers who have toxic and harmful gas environments in the field. This series of Gas detectors can detect more than 30 gases, including O2.

Principle
The detector adopts a plug-in Electrochemical sensor and applies the principle of fixed electrolysis potential method. The internal structure of the Sensor includes three Electrodes: working Electrode, Counter electrode and reference Electrode, and a certain polarization voltage is applied to separate it from the outside world through the film. The measured gas passes through the film to reach the working Electrode to undergo oxidation and reduction reactions, resulting in an output current proportional to the gas concentration. This current signal is processed by sampling, amplifying and converting circuits, and finally the corresponding gas concentration value is displayed on the screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on and the device will perform a full self-test.
2. After the self-test is completed, the device automatically returns to zero and enters the detection state.
3. Operate and set through the JoyStick three-way navigation button.
4. Observe the real-time gas concentration and working status on the LCD liquid crystal display.
Notice
* Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 55 ℃.
* The working environment humidity should be less than 95% RH (non-condensing).
* Do not use in environments beyond the specified conditions, so as not to affect the detection accuracy or damage the equipment.
* Alarm points (high 23% vol, low 19% vol) can be adjusted as needed.
Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 24 months and require regular inspection or replacement.
The battery is a replaceable ER14250M model (3.6V, 1100mAh).
* Equipment Protection Rating IP67, but still need to avoid strong impact or immersion in deep water.
* Response Time is less than 20 seconds, please allow enough detection time when using.
