Overview
SAFETAK GC720S-H2S (0-100ppm) is a professional intrinsically safe + flameproof in-line Gas detection Probe with built-in safety barrier. The product features a 316L stainless steel and aluminum alloy housing with good corrosion protection performance, with a Protection Rating of IP66, and can be equipped with relays upon request for easy external Miscellaneous equipment. It can be used to detect a variety of gases such as H2S and is compatible with most control systems.

Principle
The Probe uses different detection principles according to the different detection gases. For combustible gases, catalytic combustion or anti-poisoning infrared principles are used; for oxygen and toxic gases, electrochemistry principles are used; for carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons, infrared principles are used; for organic compounds, semiconductor principles are used.
