Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance uses an electromagnetic equilibrating weighing Sensor to achieve accurate weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force and gravity equilibrating. The full Auto Internal Cal function quickly calibrates with built-in standard weights to ensure weighing accuracy. Dynamic temperature compensation technology adapts to Ambient Temperature changes to ensure measurement Stability.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis
Steps
1. Place the Balance in the horizontal position and adjust it to the horizontal state through the level
2. Connect the Power Adapter to the power outlet and turn on the power
3. Wait for the Balance self-test to complete and it shows stable.
4. Select the weighing method as needed (general weighing, counting weighing, percentage weighing, etc.)
5. Place the item to be weighed on the pan for weighing
6. Use peeling function to deduct container weight
7. Data transmission can be performed by connecting external devices through the RS232 interface
8. Turn off the power after use
Notice
• Make sure the Balance is placed horizontally before use
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, avoid use in environments beyond the range
• Avoid overload use, pay attention to overload and underload alarm prompts
Periodic internal calibration to ensure accuracy
• Keep the pan clean to avoid contamination affecting the weighing results
• Power supply voltage needs to match 220V 50Hz requirements
• Pay attention to shock protection during transportation and storage
