7. With overload, underload alarm, four-level shockproof, dynamic temperature compensation, full scale peeling, accumulation/accumulation, bottom hook weighing and other functions
Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance uses an electromagnetic equilibrating weighing Sensor to achieve accurate weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an object is placed on the pan, the Sensor detects weight changes and converts them into electrical signals, which are processed internally and displayed on the LCD screen. External Adjustments are calibrated by standard weights to ensure long-term use accuracy.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth table and adjust it to a horizontal state through the level
2. Connect the Power Adapter to the power outlet
3. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete.
4. External calibrating operation as required
5. Place the item to be tested gently on the pan for weighing
6. Data can be transmitted by connecting external devices through the RS232 interface
Notice
• Balance level before use
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, exceeding may affect accuracy
• Periodic external calibrating to ensure weighing accuracy
• Keep the pan clean to avoid foreign objects affecting the weighing results
• Power supply voltage needs to match 220V 50Hz requirements
