2. With automatic fault detection, Automatic calibration, overload protection, four-level shockproof, dynamic temperature compensation and other functions.
3. With a variety of applications such as counting, percentage, and unit conversion.
4. Built-in RS232 interface, allowing direct connection to external devices such as computers and printers.
5. With full Auto Internal Cal (limited internal calibration Balance), accurate and reliable, fast calibrating, general weighing, counting weighing, percentage weighing and unit conversion functions.
6. With overload, underload alarm, four-level shockproof, dynamic temperature compensation, full scale peeling, accumulation/accumulation, bottom hook weighing and other functions.
Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance is weighed with built-in Sensors and electronics, uses dynamic temperature compensation technology to ensure accuracy, and uses a fully Automatic calibration and fault detection mechanism to improve Reliability. Its Working Principle is based on electromagnetic force equilibrating for rapid Response to weighing changes.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis
Steps
1. Place the Balance in a horizontal position and adjust it through the level.
2. Connect the power supply to the power socket.
3. Turn on the power switch and wait for Balance self-test and calibrate.
4. Place the sample on the pan for weighing.
5. Use panel functions for counting, percentage, or unit conversion operations.
6. Optionally connect external devices such as computers or printers through the RS232 interface.
Notice
- Ensure that Balance is placed on a horizontal stable surface to avoid vibration effects.
- Check whether the Power supply voltage is AC220V50Hz before use to prevent voltage mismatch.
- Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Balance Sensor.
- Periodically calibrated to maintain accuracy.
- Keep the pan clean to avoid contamination affecting the weighing results.
When connecting external devices, ensure interface compatibility.
