Overview
JINGHAI JA2003 (internal calibration) is an electronic analytical Balance with a new design to make weighing faster and more reliable. It has a variety of functions such as automatic fault detection, auto calibration, overload protection, four-level shock resistance, dynamic temperature compensation, and has a variety of applications such as counting, percentage, and unit conversion. Built-in RS232 interface, can be directly connected to computers, printers and other external devices.
Features
1. New design, fast weighing response and reliable use.
2, with automatic fault detection, auto calibration, overload protection, four-level shock, dynamic temperature compensation and other functions.
3. There are various applications such as counting, percentage, and unit conversion.
4. Built-in RS232 interface, allowing direct connection to external devices such as computers and printers.
5, with automatic internal calibrating function, accurate and reliable, fast calibrating.
6. It has a variety of weighing methods and unit conversion functions, such as general weighing, counting weighing, and percentage weighing.
7. With overload, underload alarm, full scale peeling, accumulation/accumulation, bottom hook weighing and other functions.
Principle
The electronic analytical Balance converts mass signals into electrical signals through the built-in Sensor, and undergoes dynamic temperature compensation and four-level shock protection to ensure the accuracy and stability of the weighing results. The fully automatic internal calibrating system regularly or according to environmental changes auto calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable table and adjust it to a horizontal state through the level.
Connect the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
3. Turn on and warm up, wait for Balance self-test and auto calibration to complete.
4. Select the weighing mode according to your needs (e.g. general weighing, counting weighing, percentage weighing).
5. Place the items to be weighed on the pan for weighing.
6. If you need data output, you can connect a computer or printer through the RS232C interface on the back.
Notice
• Balance level before use.
• Please use the specified Power frequency (AC220V 50Hz).
• Pay attention to the weighing range (0~ 210g) to avoid overloading or underloading.
• Keep the pan clean to avoid affecting the weighing accuracy.
When connecting external devices, ensure that the interface matches (RS232C).
