Overview
JINGHAI JA2003 (external calibration) Electronic Analytical Balance is a High Accuracy weighing instrument with a new design, fast weighing response and reliable use. It has a variety of practical functions, such as automatic fault detection, Automatic calibration, overload protection, four-stage shock resistance and dynamic temperature compensation, suitable for laboratory mass analysis and other scenarios.
Features
1. New design, fast weighing response, reliable use;
2. Automatic fault detection, Automatic calibration, overload protection, four-level shockproof, dynamic temperature compensation;
3. It has a variety of applications such as counting, percentage, and unit conversion.
4. Built-in RS232 interface, which can be connected to external devices such as computers and printers.
5. Auto Internal Cal (limited internal calibration Balance), a variety of weighing methods and unit conversion function;
6. With overload, underload alarm, full scale peeling, accumulation/accumulation, bottom hook weighing and other functions.
Principle
Electronic Analytical Balance uses a built-in Sensor to detect weight changes, combined with dynamic temperature compensation and four-stage shock protection technology to ensure weighing accuracy and Stability. It uses Automatic calibration mechanism, quickly adjusts accuracy through external Automatic calibration function, and uses RS232 interface to communicate with external devices for data output and processing.
Applications
Laboratory mass analysis, counting and weighing, percentage weighing, unit conversion weighing
Steps
1. Balance is placed in a horizontal position and equilibrated by a level;
2. Connect the power supply to the AC220V50Hz socket;
3. Turn on the power, Balance automatically detect and calibrate faults;
4. Place the sample on the pan for weighing;
5. Use the panel to select the weighing method (e.g. count, percentage, or unit conversion).
6. Connect external devices (such as computers or printers) to output data through the Interface.
Notice
- Ensure that the Balance is placed in a horizontal and stable position to avoid vibration affecting the accuracy;
- Check whether the Power supply voltage is AC220V50Hz before use to prevent voltage mismatch;
- Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor and trigger an alarm;
Automatic external calibration is performed regularly to maintain weighing accuracy.
When cleaning and maintaining, please disconnect the power supply to avoid liquids from entering the interior.
When connecting external devices, confirm RS232 interface compatibility.
