Steps
1. Place Balance on a smooth surface and power on
2. Wait for Balance Self-Test and Automatic Correction to complete
3. Place items to be weighed on the pan
4. Read the weight data on the display
5. Use the tare weight function to remove the container weight (if necessary)
6. Optional RS232 interface for data transmission
