Overview
JINGHAI SH10A Moisture Analyzer is a fast moisture detection instrument using the halogen lamp thermal energy weight principle. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen lamp heating unit and water evaporation channel quickly dry the sample, continuously measure and display the percentage of water loss in real time, and lock the final Moisture content value after drying.

Principle
Moisture Analyzer works on the halogen lamp thermal weight principle. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen lamp heating unit and water evaporation channel rapidly dry the sample. The instrument continuously measures and displays the percentage of water lost in the sample. After drying, the final Moisture content value is locked.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the pan; 2. Set the heating temperature (range 80~ 160 ° C) and timing time (range 0~ 99min); 3. Start the instrument, and the halogen lamp heating unit starts drying the sample; 4. The instrument continues to measure and display the percentage of moisture loss; 5. After the drying procedure is completed, the final Moisture content value is locked and displayed.

• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz; • Capacity value is 50g to avoid overload; • Heating Temperature range is 80~ 160 ℃, do not exceed; • Clean the pan in time after use; • Note that the instrument weight is 12kg, be careful when handling; • Maximum power consumption is 480W to ensure stable power supply.
