Overview
JINGHAI DHS-16 electronic halogen Moisture Analyzer uses the principle of halogen lamp thermal energy weight and is a rapid moisture detection instrument. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen lamp heating unit and water evaporation channel quickly dry the sample, continuously measure and instantly display the percentage of moisture lost in the sample. Moisture content is finally locked after the drying procedure is completed.

Principle
Using the halogen lamp thermal energy weight principle, while measuring the weight of the sample, the sample is rapidly dried through the halogen lamp heating unit and the water evaporation channel to continuously measure and instantly display the percentage of water lost in the sample. After the drying procedure is completed, the measured Moisture content value is finally locked and displayed.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the pan
2. Set heating temperature and time parameters
3. Start the measurement program, the instrument automatically heats and dries the sample
4. Instrument continuous measurement and display Moisture content changes
5. After the drying procedure is completed, the final Moisture content value is locked
