JINGHAI SNB-3 rotational viscometer is a digital (LCD) Viscometer, using a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core of the stepping motor high subdivision drive technology. Principle
The Viscometer controls a stepper motor via a microcomputer processor to drive the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample at a set speed. Tack resistance to the rotor swirl/spin generates torque, which is measured by the instrument, and based on the built-in algorithm and calibrated data, the viscosity value of the sample is calculated, and the result is finally displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Install the appropriate rotor and connect the instrument.
2. Place the sample in the measurement vessel.
3. Turn on the power and set the required speed by pressing the button.
4. Lower the rotor so that it immerses the sample to the designated marking line.
5. Start the measurement, after the reading is stable, the screen will display the viscosity value and Miscellaneous related parameters.
6. After the measurement is completed, lift the rotor and clean it.

Please read the instructions carefully before use.
• Make sure the Power frequency meets the requirements (standard adapter input is 220V +/- 10%, 50 +/- 1Hz).
• Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity range (standard 1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #, 0 #optional).
• The rotor immersion depth should be accurate during measurement to avoid touching the container wall and bottom.
• Keep rotors and measurement containers clean to prevent cross-contamination.
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free surface for use.
• Please disconnect the power supply if it is not used for a long time.
