Overview
JINGHAI DV-E rotational viscometer is a professional measuring instrument with 16-bit microcomputer processor and digital LCD display. It is driven by a high-subdivision stepper motor, with smooth and accurate speed. It can measure fluid viscosity in the range of 1~ 2000000mPa · s, and directly display viscosity, speed, torque percentage, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value under current conditions.
Features
Adopting a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core of the stepper motor high-subdivision drive, the speed is stable and accurate.
2. Digital LCD screen with blue backlight, comprehensive display information, including viscosity, speed, percentile torque, rotor number and the current speed can be measured maximum viscosity value.
3. Programmatic design, clear key marking, easy to operate.
4. Equipped with alarm function.
5. The main control board and driver board use patch technology, with professional circuit design and a reasonable and compact structure.
6. Measurement and correction of full scale and each gear Linearity through PC interface, Measurement performance reaches professional level.
7. Provide a variety of optional accessories, such as ultra-low viscosity adapters, small sample adapters, thermostatic sinks, etc., to expand the application range.
Principle
The Viscometer controls a stepper motor via a microcomputer processor that drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the fluid at a set constant speed. The rotor swirl/spin is subject to the resistance of the fluid and generates torque. The instrument calculates the viscosity value of the fluid by measuring this torque value and using the built-in program and calibrating parameters, and finally displays the result on the LCD screen.
Applications
Chemical, Petroleum, Food, Pharmaceutical, Coating, Adhesive and other industries
Steps
1. Install and connect the Power Adapter.
2. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity range and install it.
3. Place the sample in the measurement vessel, ensuring that the rotor is immersed in the designated marking line.
4. Turn on the power and set the required measurement speed through the button.
5. Start the measurement and read the viscosity value after the display value is stable.
6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power and clean the rotor and measurement components.
Notice
• Please use the standard Power Adapter of the instrument to ensure that the input voltage is 220V +/- 10% and the frequency is 50 +/- 1Hz.
• When selecting a rotor, ensure that the estimated sample viscosity value is within the measurable range of the rotor and its speed.
• Be careful when installing and removing the rotor to avoid damage to the connecting shaft.
• Make sure the rotor immersion depth is accurate during measurement and avoid bubbles.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration and strong electromagnetic interference.
• After use, the rotor and sample cup should be cleaned in time to prevent residual corrosion or curing of the sample.
• For High Accuracy measurement or Measurement calibrating, it is recommended to use standard oil and connect to a PC interface for operation.
