Overview
JINGHAI DV-1 + PRO rotational viscometer is a digital (LCD) Viscometer with a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core. It has functions such as high-subdivision stepper motor drive, digital LCD display (with blue backlight), etc. It rotates smoothly and accurately, and is easy to operate. The screen can directly display viscosity, speed, torque percentage, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value under current conditions.
Features
Adopting a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core of the stepper motor high-subdivision drive, the speed is stable and accurate.
2. Digital LCD screen with blue backlight, display comprehensive information, including viscosity, speed, percentile torque, rotor number and the current speed can be measured maximum viscosity value.
3. The buttons are clearly marked, programmed, and easy to operate.
4. Equipped with alarm function.
5. The main control board and driver board use patch technology, with professional circuit design and a reasonable and compact structure.
6. Measurement correction of full scale and each gear Linearity through PC interface, Measurement performance and function reach professional level.
Principle
The Viscometer controls a stepper motor via a microcomputer processor to drive the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the liquid. Tack resistance to the rotor causes the motor to generate torque changes. The instrument measures this torque change and calculates it internally according to the set rotor and speed parameters. Finally, the viscosity value of the liquid is displayed directly on the LCD screen.
Applications
Chemical, Petroleum, Food, Pharmaceutical, Coatings, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Scientific Research and Education
Steps
1. Install the appropriate rotor and connect the instrument.
2. Immerse the rotor into the sample to be tested to the specified marking line.
3. Turn on the power and select the desired rotor number and speed by pressing the button.
4. Start the measurement, and after the reading is stable, read the viscosity value directly from the LCD screen.
5. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor and turn off the power.
Notice
• Ensure that the Power Adapter input voltage is 220V +/- 10% and the frequency is 50 +/- 1Hz.
• Select the appropriate rotor and rotational speed combination based on the estimated viscosity range to ensure that the measurement is within the instrument range.
• When immersing the rotor, the sample liquid level should reach the marking line on the rotor rod to avoid measurement errors.
• During the measurement process, the instrument and sample should be kept in a stable state to avoid vibration and severe temperature changes.
• After use, the rotor should be cleaned in time to prevent residual corrosion of the sample or affect the next measurement accuracy.
