DC-2010 Thermostat is a microcomputer temperature-controlled cryogenic tank of JINGHAI brand, suitable for bioengineering, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum and other fields, providing users with High Accuracy, controlled and uniform temperature constant field source, is an ideal thermostatic equipment for research institutes, universities, factory laboratories and Quality control departments.

Principle
The Thermostat uses a microcomputer precision thermostatic control system, combined with an imported pt100 temperature transducer to monitor the temperature in the tank in real time, and uses a continuous PID algorithm for automatic control. The system drives the Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, and cooperates with the overall foaming and heat insulation tank body to quickly and stably adjust and maintain the medium temperature in the Tank at a set value, forming a constant field source with uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the cooling/heating function, the device will automatically run to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
5. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth and well-ventilated environment for use.
• Please check whether the medium in the Tank is sufficient and clean before use.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the Temperature range indicated by the device (-20~ 95 ℃).
• During the operation of the equipment, do not switch it on and off frequently or move it violently.
• Regularly clean the surface and inner tank of the equipment to maintain hygiene.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment without authorization.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
