Overview
The JINGHUA 756 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with 1200L/mm UV dedicated grating, imported long-life deuterium/tungsten lamp and photoelectric converter. It is equipped with a C-T monochromator structure with low stray light, high resolution and good luminosity linearity. The wide sample chamber can be extended to a 10cm sample holder, supporting automatic wavelength setting, zero/full and T/A error-free conversion, suitable for a variety of testing needs.

Principle
The instrument is based on the ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle. The specific wavelength rays of light are separated by the C-T monochromator structure, and the imported deuterium/tungsten lamp is used as the Illuminant. The photoelectric converter detects the sample Absorbance or transmittance to achieve quantitative analysis of substances. Automatic wavelength setting and error correction ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the instrument, preheat and stabilize
2. Automatically set the desired wavelength
3. Place blank samples and automatically adjust 0% T/100% T
4. Put in the sample to be tested and read the Absorption or Transmittance data
5. Export results or perform quantitative analysis through Interface

• Ensure that the instrument is fully preheated before use to maintain Stability
• Regularly check the life of the Illuminant and replace the imported deuterium/tungsten lamp if necessary
• When expanding the sample room, pay attention to the firm installation of the sample holder
• Avoid operating the instrument in a hot or humid environment
• Ensure reliable RS-232 connection when exporting data
