The instrument is based on the ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometric method, spectra-trophotometry principle. The light emitted by the Illuminant is dispersed into monochromatic light through the C-T monochromator structure. After the sample absorbs the light of a specific wavelength, the photoelectric converter detects the transmitted light intensity, calculates the Absorbance or transmittance ratio, and realizes the quantitative analysis of the substance. Automatic wavelength setting and Illuminant switching ensure measurement accuracy and continuity.
