Principle
Illuminant is separated by high performance grating and monochromator. Absorbance or transmittance is detected by photoelectric converter. Data analysis and wavelength scanning are realized. Automatic correction of wavelength error ensures measurement accuracy.
Applications
Chemical analysis, biological testing, environment monitoring, pharmaceutical research and development, food inspection, materials science
Steps
1. Turn it on and wait for the instrument to initialize.
2. Select test functions such as luminosity or Basis Weight through the Touchscreen.
3. Place the sample in the sample chamber, and choose an automatic octagonal cell sample holder.
4. Set parameters such as Wavelength range or scanning speed.
5. Start the test, read the data and graph.
6. Use the USB interface to export data or connect peripherals.
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is placed in a stable environment to avoid vibration.
• Regularly check the life of the Illuminant and replace the deuterium or tungsten lamps if necessary.
• Test accuracy by calibrating instruments before use.
• Avoid sample contamination and clean the sample room and sample holder.
• Follow safety regulations during operation to prevent electrical hazards.
