Overview
The JINGHUA UV1900 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument with a proportional dual beam of light path design and an automatic octagonal cell sample holder with low stray light, high resolution and high photometric linearity. It supports photometric, Basis Weight, regression equations, kinetics, multi-wavelength, DNA/protein, peak and valley detection and is suitable for a wide range of analytical applications.

Principle
Illuminant is separated by high-performance grating and monochromator. Absorbance or transmittance is detected by imported photoelectric converter. Wavelength error is automatically corrected to ensure measurement accuracy. Dedicated software processes data and displays map to realize intelligent analysis.

Steps
1. Turn it on and wait for the instrument to initialize.
2. Use Touchscreen to select the test mode (e.g. Luminosity, Basis Weight, etc.).
3. Place the sample in the automatic octagonal cell sample holder.
4. Set parameters such as Wavelength range.
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically scans and displays the data map.
6. Save or export data through dedicated software.

• Make sure the instrument is placed stably to avoid vibration.
• Regularly check the life of the Illuminant and replace the deuterium lamp or tungsten lamp in time.
