The JINGHUA 759MC UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a high-performance analytical instrument that uses a proportional dual beam of light Optical inspection system and a 1200L/mm UV dedicated grating, combined with imported photoelectric converters to ensure low stray light, high resolution and high luminosity linearity. Equipped with a 7-inch color Chinese/English touch display and an automatic octagonal cell sample holder, it supports a variety of test functions such as luminosity, Basis Weight, kinetics, DNA/protein, etc., suitable for a wide range of analytical applications.

Principle
The instrument adopts a proportional dual beam of light design. The light emitted by the Illuminant (deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp) is divided into a reference beam of light and a sample beam of light through a high-performance grating and a photoelectric converter. The absorption or transmission of light by the sample is measured to analyze the parameters such as Absorbance and concentration of the sample. Automatic wavelength correction and scanning functions ensure data accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the status of the instrument.
2. Select the test function (such as luminosity, Basis Weight, or kinetics) through the Touchscreen.

5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically scans and displays the data map.
6. Save or export data and use dedicated software for comparison and analysis.
