Principle

The instrument is based on the dual beam of light optical path system, which emits rays of light through the Illuminant (deuterium lamp/tungsten lamp), forms monochromatic light after splitting through the grating. The sample beam of light and the reference beam of light pass through the sample and the reference cell respectively, and the photoelectric converter detects the transmitted light intensity. Absorbance or transmittance of the sample are calculated.
