Overview
KORNO GT1000-PM-Y Laser Dust Particle Counter is a special instrument for particle penetration testing of respirator meltblown cloth and detecting its filtrating efficiency. At the same time, it is also suitable for dust particle concentration monitoring in various dust-free workshops, clean rooms, public environments and other places. It is the preferred choice for production and R & D institutions in the fields of biology, equipment, beverage Encasement, food, fine chemicals, atmospheric research, air purification and treatment. The instrument adopts imported semiconductor laser diode and Optical inspection Sensor, and cooperates with microcontroller technology. It has the characteristics of fast Response, high accuracy, good stability and good repeability. One sampling can simultaneously measure the number of dust particles of various particle sizes.

Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of Optical inspection Sensor. The built-in semiconductor laser diode emits laser light, which is scattered when dust particles in the air pass through the detection area. The imported Optical inspection Sensor receives these scattered light signals and converts them into electrical signals. The microcontroller processes and analyzes the electrical signals to calculate the number and concentration of particles in different particle size ranges.

Steps
1. According to the measurement requirements, set the instrument parameters (such as alarm value, storage mode, etc.).
2. Start the instrument at the target sampling point for sampling.
3. The instrument can simultaneously measure the number of particles of various diameters in one sampling.
4. The sampling data can be exported or viewed through the RS232-USB interface.
5. After use, the instrument can be charged for next use.
Notice
• Please use within the range of Ambient Temperature (5~ 45 ℃) and Humidity (0~ 90% RH without condensation) of the instrument.
• The instrument has explosion-proof function (Ex ia ⅱ C T4 Ga), but please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it should be avoided in extreme environments beyond its protective capacity.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The data interface is RS232-USB, please make sure to use compatible cables and drivers when connecting to the computer.
• The instrument weight is 0.5Kg, which is small in size, but it still needs to be handled with care to avoid violent collisions.
