Principle
The detector adopts a pump-suction sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the inside of the instrument through the built-in air pump. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it reaches the core inlet infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor works based on the characteristic absorption principle of infrared light by a specific gas (such as methane). The microcontroller processes the Sensor signal, calculates the gas concentration and displays it. The whole process Response is fast and the accuracy is high.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to start the instrument and wait for the system self-test to complete.
3. According to the detection requirements, set the corresponding detection parameters (such as alarm threshold, storage mode, etc.) through the menu.
4. Place the sampling tube in the gas area to be measured, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Observe the real-time gas concentration reading and status indication on the display.
6. After the test is completed, properly store the data and turn off the instrument power.
7. Regularly charge and maintain the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the specified working Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃), Humidity (0~ 95% RH without condensation) and Air Pressure (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is explosion-proof design (explosion-proof mark: CNEx16.0538), but still need to avoid use in extremely dangerous environments.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and water-proof, but not completely waterproof. Do not immerse in liquids.
• Please make sure the battery is fully charged before use, and use the original factory charger to charge.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and measurement accuracy.
• The instrument has a data storage function, please export the data regularly to prevent loss.
• If the instrument is not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
• Range is optional, please choose the appropriate range model according to the actual testing needs.
