9. With explosion-proof certification (CNEx16.0538) and high Protection Rating (IP65).
Principle
The detector sucks gases in the environment into the inside of the instrument through the built-in pump-suction sampling method. The gas is in contact with the imported catalytic combustion or infrared absorption gas Sensor in the core of the instrument, which generates corresponding electrical signals according to the concentration of the gas. Microcontroller technology processes and analyzes these signals, and finally shows the concentration value of the combustible gas on the instrument. Response is fast and the measurement results are accurate.
Applications
Various industrial environments, special environments
Standards

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on and wait for the instrument self-test to complete.
3. Customize the detection parameters (such as alarm threshold, storage mode, etc.) through the menu as needed.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the area to be tested, and the instrument collects the gas sample by pumping.
5. Observe real-time gas concentration readings on the instrument display.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the power of the instrument.
7. Regularly charge the instrument and manage data export.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the specified working Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃), Humidity (0~ 95% RH without condensation) and Air Pressure (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (CNEx16.0538), but it still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment to avoid accidents in extremely dangerous areas.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dust- and water-proof, but non-diving equipment, do not immerse in liquids.
• Please make sure the battery is fully charged before use, and use the original or designated charger to charge.
• Regularly clean or replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and measurement accuracy.
• Instruments should be calibrated regularly to ensure detection accuracy.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument by yourself, so as not to affect the performance or cause danger.
Store in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
