Overview
GT-1000 Pump Suction Combustible Gas detector (model: GT1000-EX-Y, brand: KORNO) is suitable for a variety of mixed gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported catalytic combustion /NDIR infrared gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high measurement accuracy, stability and good repeability, and the whole machine performance ranks at the domestic professional level.

Principle
The detector extracts the environment gas through the built-in pump-suction sampling system. After the gas enters the instrument, it comes into contact with the internal import catalytic combustion sensor or NDIR infrared gas sensor. The sensor generates corresponding electrical signals or Optical inspection signal changes according to the concentration of the gas. These signals are collected, processed and analyzed by the microcontroller, and finally displayed on the instrument as the concentration value of the combustible gas (in% LEL).

Steps
1. Check the power of the instrument to ensure that the battery is fully charged.
2. Turn on the self-test and wait for the instrument initialization to complete.
3. According to the detection requirements, set the data storage mode (real-time storage or timing storage).
4. Place the sampling Probe in the area to be tested and start the pumping function for gas sampling.
5. Observe the gas concentration reading on the instrument display.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the power of the instrument.
7. Regularly calibrate and maintain the instrument.
Notice
• Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature: -30~ 60 ℃, humidity: 0~ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure: -30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (CNEx16.0537), but it still needs to be used with caution in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the zero drift of the instrument （≤ +/- 1% (F. S/year), and it needs to be calibrated regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid prolonged use in a condensing environment to prevent affecting Sensor performance.
• Please use the specified charging device to charge the built-in polymer battery.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, which can be dust- and water-proof, but non-diving equipment, do not immerse in water.
