Overview
MOT500-EX-Y is an online intelligent combustible Gas detector (transmitter) with 2.4 inch IPS color screen display. It adopts large-scale integrated circuit and international standard intelligent technology design. It is a fully intelligent gas transmitter with digital and analog mixed communication. The instrument has high stability, communication and self-diagnosis functions, easy installation and maintenance, and meets the requirements of high reliability of equipment for industrial site safety monitoring. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, refining, gas transmission and distribution, biochemical and other industries. It is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS and other control systems, which can realize remote detection, control, alarm and data analytics.

Principle
The product is an online intelligent Gas detector (transmitter), using diffusion, flow or pump sampling methods to detect the concentration of combustible gases in the environment through the built-in Sensor. The instrument converts the detected gas concentration signal into a standard signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, etc.) through large-scale integrated circuit and microprocessor processing, and can be displayed in real time through high definition color screen. Its intelligent design supports remote communication, self-diagnosis and multi-level calibrating to ensure the accuracy and reliability of monitoring.

Notice
• Please make sure to use within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ℃) and Humidity (0~ 95% RH without condensation) of the instrument.
• When installing, pay attention to the Operating Pressure range of 0~ 100Kpa.
• The power input is DC 24V (range 12~ 30VDC), please pay attention to the polarity when connecting, the instrument has reverse connection protection but still needs to be operated normally.
Gas detector does not support 4-20mA signal output.
Sensor calibrating, use standard gas and follow operating instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument has explosion-proof function (explosion-proof mark: CNEx16.0547), but it is still necessary to avoid disassembly or repair in dangerous places beyond the explosion-proof level.
• Regularly check the instrument Appearance, Electrical Connection and Protection Rating (IP65) to ensure that it works properly in harsh environments.
• Optional functions (such as Temperature and Humidity Sensor, Wireless Transmission Module) need to be booked according to actual needs and installed correctly.
