Overview
MOT500-EX-Y (High Temperature) is an on-line intelligent combustible Gas detector (transmitter) with 2.4 inch IPS color screen display, designed with large-scale integrated circuit and international standard intelligent technology, with high stability and self-diagnosis function. The instrument is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS and other control systems, and can realize remote detection, control and alarm. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, refining, gas transmission and distribution, biochemical and other industries.
Features
Adopt 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC chip, with low power consumption.
2. Equipped with 2.4 inch IPS industrial high definition color screen, resolution 320x240.
3. Supports 1-6 Sensor configurations (all-in-one composite gas does not support 4-20mA output).
4. PPM and mg/m ³ concentration units can be freely switched.
Standard multiple signal output: 4-20mA (transmission distance 1Km), RS485 (MODBUS RTU protocol, transmission distance 1.2Km), 2 sets of relay output.
6. Support a variety of signal transmission methods: cable, network cable, 433MHz wireless, GPRS wireless.
7. Sensor supports up to 6 levels of target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
8. With manual zero and target point calibrate, restore factory settings and analog output calibrate function.
9. With wide voltage input, short circuit protection, reverse connection protection, anti-static interference, anti-magnetic field interference and automatic recovery functions.
10. Compatible with PLC, DCS, control alarms, secondary meters and other remote control equipment.
11. Shell hard oxidation, explosion-proof and corrosion-proof, adapt to harsh environments.
12. Optional Temperature & Moisture Sensor, on-site sound and light alarm and other accessories.
Principle
The detector uses diffusion, flow or pump sampling methods to detect the concentration of combustible gases in the environment through the built-in Sensor. The detected gas concentration signal is processed by the microprocessor and ADC chip, converted into a digital signal, and displayed in real time through the 2.4-inch IPS color screen. At the same time, the instrument can transmit concentration data or alarm signals to the remote control system through various signal output methods such as 4-20mA, RS485 or relay.

Notice
Installation and maintenance must be carried out by professionals.
• Do not use under conditions beyond the operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 50 ℃), Humidity (0~ 95% RH without condensation) or Air Pressure (0~ 100Kpa) range.
• Power frequency in the range of 12~ 30VDC, and pay attention to the polarity of the electrical interface to prevent reverse connection.
• Sensor calibrated regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
• In multi-Sensor configuration, please note that the all-in-one composite gas model does not support 4-20mA output.
The instrument has a protective function, but it should still avoid long-term exposure to strong static electricity, strong magnetic fields or extremely harsh environments.
Before performing any calibrating or setting operation, please confirm that the environment is safe and there is no risk of gas leakage.
