BH-90-EX is a Portable single Gas detector launched by the BOSEAN brand. It adopts mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high measurement accuracy, stability, good repeability and simple operation. The instrument is small in size, with IP54 Protection Rating and good waterproof performance. Built-in 1500mAh large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, equipped with 12864 point array LCD screen, can display gas concentration, historical alarm data, and has data storage function. Suitable for a variety of places with toxic, harmful or flammable gas risks, designed to prevent poisoning and explosion accidents and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

Principle
The BH-90-EX Portable Gas detector uses a diffusion sampling method. The target gas in the environment naturally diffuses into the instrument through the air inlet of the instrument shell and contacts the built-in specific gas Sensor (such as catalytic combustion Sensor, etc.). The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and analyzed by the instrument's microcontroller, and displays the concentration value in real time on the LCD screen. When the gas concentration reaches the preset low or high alarm point, the instrument will trigger an acoustic, optical and vibration alarm.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument and wait for the Sensor to warm up and complete the self-test.
2. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested, observe the real-time concentration of gas displayed on the LCD screen through natural sampling by diffusion.
3. Data viewing: By pressing the button of the instrument, stored data such as historical alarm records can be viewed.
4. Use flashlight: In a dark environment, the flashlight function that comes with the instrument can be turned on to assist lighting.
5. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the built-in lithium battery, and the charging time is about 4-6 hours.
Notice
* When the working environment humidity is greater than 90% RH, it needs to be equipped with a filtrating drying cylinder.
* Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -10~ 50 ℃, do not use in an environment beyond this range.
Do not charge or disassemble the instrument in a dangerous location.
Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure detection accuracy.
* Pay attention to the life of the Sensor (usually 2 years), and it needs to be replaced in time when it expires.
When calling the police, please take appropriate measures immediately in accordance with safety procedures.
* Do not modify the alarm setting point of the instrument without authorization.
Keep the air inlet of the instrument unobstructed to avoid blockage.
