Overview
The GC720S stationary Gas detector is a product of the SAFETAK brand and has a liquid crystal display function. The instrument adopts a flameproof explosion-proof design and an electrochemistry principle Sensor in the internal core, which can detect trace amounts of toxic gases, oxygen or organic vapor leaking in the environment. Principle
The detector adopts Electrochemical sensor and applies the principle of fixed electrolysis potential method. The Electrochemical cell inside the Sensor is equipped with three Electrodes: working Electrode, contrast Electrode and reference Electrode, and a certain polarization voltage is applied to isolate it from the outside world through the film. The measured gas reaches the working Electrode through the film, and an oxidation and reduction reaction occurs, resulting in an output current proportional to the concentration of the poison gas. After the current signal is processed by sampling, voltage amplification and conversion circuit, it is converted into a current signal, and the corresponding gas concentration value is displayed on the screen.
