Overview
GQ-DX101 Fixed Gas Detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with many years of Gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammability gas or toxic and harmful gas in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind safety measures in time to prevent explosion and poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design. It can output 4-20mA standard signal or connect to DOS system. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.

Principle
The detector detects the concentration of the target gas in the air through the Sensor. When the detected gas concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will immediately issue a sound and light alarm signal to remind the relevant personnel to take safety measures in time.

Steps
1. Select the Wall-Mounted installation location
2. Connect DC 24V +/- 15% power supply
3. Set the corresponding gas parameters according to the detection requirements
4. Configure alarm point threshold
5. Connect the signal output line (3-wire 4~ 20mA or 4-wire RS485)
6. Start the equipment for Gas detection

• Ambient Temperature should be kept within -10~ 40 ℃
• Environmental humidity 0~ 95% RH non-condensing
• Make sure the Sensor faces down when installing
• Power supply must meet DC 24V +/- 15% requirements
• Maximum power consumption does not exceed 3W

• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment
