Overview
GTYQ-DX101 fixed point gas detector is an industrial grade gas detection equipment of BOSEAN brand. It adopts flameproof and explosion-proof structure design, which can work continuously for a long time, and is suitable for fixed-point and continuous monitoring of combustible gases.

Principle
The detector adopts the diffusion sampling method, the measured gas in the environment enters the Sensor through natural diffusion. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing by the internal circuit, the concentration value is displayed through the display screen, and the alarm is triggered when the concentration reaches the preset alarm point.

Steps
1. Select the installation location to ensure compliance with explosion-proof and sampling requirements.
2. Use the specified 3 * 1.5mm ² Shielding cable and wire as required (power supply is DC24V +/- 3.6V).
3. Power on, wait for the device to start and complete the self-test.
4. According to the tested gas (such as combustible gas) and range requirements (such as 0-100% LEL), set the corresponding alarm point on the equipment or supporting system (for example, low 20% LEL, high 50% LEL).
5. The equipment enters the normal working state and begins to continuously monitor and display the gas concentration.

* Please ensure that it is used under the environment conditions specified by the equipment (temperature -10~ 55 ℃, humidity < 95% RH without condensation, pressure 86~ 106kPa).
Installation and maintenance must be carried out by professionals and in strict accordance with the installation specifications for explosion-proof electrical equipment.
* Sensor life is about 2 years, the actual life is affected by the Operating Environment, and it needs to be calibrated and maintained regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
* The device display error is ≤ +/- 3% LEL, please pay attention to this accuracy range when using.
The power supply voltage needs to be strictly controlled within the range of DC24V +/- 3.6V.
