Overview
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector is a new type of gas detector developed by BOSEAN company combined with many years of gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammability gas or toxic and harmful gas in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind safety measures in time to prevent explosion and poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design, supports 4-20mA standard signal or DOS system access, and is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor detects ammonia concentration in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds a preset alarm point (such as 20ppm), the controller triggers a sound and light alarm. The detector converts the detection signal into 4-20mA standard output or RS485 signal for system monitoring and data transmission.

Steps
1. Wall-Mounted Detector
2. Connect DC24V +/- 10% Power Supply
3. Access to three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485 signal output
4. Set the alarm point (such as ammonia low alarm point 20ppm)
5. Start the equipment for Gas detection

• Passive Relay Output Full Load Power not exceeding 1kW
• Response Time less than 30 seconds, need to be calibrated regularly
• Make sure the Sensor is down when installing to avoid occlusion
