Overview
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with years of Gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammability gases or toxic and harmful gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind safety measures in time to prevent explosions and poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property.
This product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, fast response, long life, short polarization time, etc., using industrial grade Sensor, the shell adopts explosion-proof structure design, 4-20mA standard signal or directly into the DOS system, can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, municipal and other industries, in the domestic congeneric product professional level.

Principle
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector uses the principle of catalytic combustion Sensor to detect gas concentration. When the measured gas comes into contact with the Sensor, the Sensor generates corresponding electrical signals, which are converted into concentration values through circuit processing. When the detected gas concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will immediately start the sound and light alarm system to remind the operator to take corresponding safety measures.

Steps
1. Operating voltage DC24V +/- 10%
2. Select the Wall-Mounted installation location
3. Connect three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485 signal output line
4. Turn on the power supply and the device starts to work
5. Observe the display readings to confirm that the equipment is operating normally
6. When the gas concentration exceeds the alarm point, the equipment will automatically issue a sound and light alarm
Notice
• Use ambient temperature range -20 ℃~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0-95% RH (no condensation)
• Make sure the front of the Sensor is facing down when installing to ensure good contact with the gas
• Pay attention to the alarm point setting: hydrogen low alarm point 50ppm
• Maximum power consumption is 3W, please do not overload
• Relay control port is passive relay output, full load Power 1kW
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure that the alarm function is normal
