Overview
GQ-DX101 Fixed Gas detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with many years of Gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammable or toxic harmful gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, it will issue a sound and light alarm to remind to take safety measures to prevent explosions and poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, fast Response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design, supports 4-20mA standard signal or DOS system access, and is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.
Features
1. Signal stability, high accuracy, fast response, long life, short polarization time
2. Industrial Sensors
3. The shell adopts explosion-proof and explosion-proof structure design, die-casting aluminum shell, and the upper cover groove design can lock the shell
4. Sensor front-down structure to ensure good contact with gas
5. The line inlet adopts explosion-proof and waterproof connector
6. Support three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485 signal output
7. With display and alarm light functions
8. Wall-Mounted installation, easy to operate
Principle
Electrochemical sensors detect the concentration of specific gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds a preset alarm point (such as sulfur dioxide low alarm point 5ppm), the controller triggers a sound and light alarm. The Sensor is designed with a downward structure to optimize gas contact and ensure detection accuracy and Response speed.
Applications
Metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, municipal administration
Standards
Explosion-proof certificate number: CNEx16.0449, explosion-proof mark: Exd ⅱ C T6 Gb
Steps
1. Operating voltage DC24V +/- 10%
2. Fixed detector using Wall-Mounted Installation method
3. Connect three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485 signal output line
4. Turn on the power supply and the instrument starts to detect the gas concentration
When the concentration reaches the alarm point (such as sulfur dioxide 5ppm), check whether the sound and light alarm function is normal
Notice
* Use ambient temperature range -20 ℃~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0-95% RH (no condensation)
* Power supply voltage within DC24V +/- 10% to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage
* When installing, pay attention to the front face of the Sensor to ensure good gas contact
* Regularly check the explosion-proof structure and the waterproof performance of the inlet to prevent damage
* Avoid use in environments beyond the Measurement range (0~ 20ppm sulfur dioxide)
* Relay output is passive relay, full load Power does not exceed 1kW
* Response Time less than 30 seconds, need to operate in a stable environment
