Overview
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with years of gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammable or toxic and harmful gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, sound and light alarm will be issued to remind safety measures to prevent explosion and poisoning accidents. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, fast response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design, supports 4-20mA standard signal or DOS system access, and is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.

Principle
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector uses Electrochemical sensor principle to detect gas concentration. When the target gas concentration in the air reaches or exceeds the preset alarm point, the controller triggers sound and light alarm to remind the user to take safety measures in time. The detector transmits the concentration data in 4-20mA or RS485 format through the signal output module to support System integration.

Steps
1. Wall-Mounted detector;
2. Power Supply DC24V +/- 10%;
3. The configuration signal output is 3-wire 4~ 20mA or 4-wire RS485;
4. Set the alarm point (e.g. ethylene oxide low alarm point 20ppm);
5. Start the equipment for Gas detection;
6. Monitor display and alarm status.
Notice
* The ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0-95% RH (no condensation);
Make sure the Sensor is mounted face down to optimize gas contact.
Regularly check the explosion-proof waterproof connector to prevent damage to the inlet.
* Avoid use in environments beyond the Measurement range;
Follow explosion-proof standards to prevent safety accidents.
Maximum system power consumption is 3W, do not overload.
