Overview
GQ-DX101-PH3 Fixed Gas detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with many years of Gas detection experience, which is used to detect phosphating hydrogen (PH3) gas concentration in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind safety measures in time to prevent poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response and long life. It adopts industrial-grade Electrochemical sensor and explosion-proof structure design, supports 4-20mA standard signal output, and can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.
Features
1. Industrial Electrochemical sensor
2. Signal stability, high accuracy, rapid response
3. Short polarization time and long service life
4. Explosion-proof and explosion-proof structure design, explosion-proof mark Exd ⅱ C T6 Gb
5. Equipped with display function and alarm light
6. Support three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485 signal output
7. The shell is made of die-cast aluminum, with explosion-proof and waterproof design
8. Sensor front-down structure to ensure good gas contact
Principle
Electrochemical sensor is used to detect the concentration of phosphating hydrogen gas. When the phosphating hydrogen gas in the environment comes into contact with the Sensor, a corresponding electrochemistry reaction will occur to convert the gas concentration into an electrical signal. The detector monitors the signal in real time. When the concentration reaches the preset alarm point (low alarm 5ppm), the controller immediately starts the sound and light alarm device to remind the on-site personnel to take safety measures.
Applications
Metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, municipal administration
Standards
Explosion-proof certificate number: CNEx16.0449, explosion-proof mark: Exd ⅱ C T6 Gb
Steps
1. Operating voltage DC24V +/- 10%
2. Select the Wall-Mounted installation location
3. Connect three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485 signal cable
4. Turn on the power supply to start the device
5. The device automatically enters the detection state
6. Observe display readings and monitor gas concentration
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20 ℃~ 50 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be controlled at 0-95% RH (no condensation)
• Make sure the Sensor is installed face down to ensure good gas contact
• Confirm that the explosion-proof and waterproof connector is firmly installed before use
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment and the alarm function
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
• Maximum power consumption is 3W, do not overload
