Overview
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with many years of Gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of formaldehyde and other gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller emits sound and light alarm, and timely reminds to take safety measures to prevent poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design, supports 4-20mA standard signal output, and can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor detects the concentration of formaldehyde and other gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm point, the controller triggers the sound and light alarm to remind the user to take safety measures. Sensor adopts front-down structure to ensure full contact with gas. The signal output is 3-wire 4~ 20mA or 4-wire RS485.

Steps
1. Wall-Mounted Detector
2. Connect DC24V +/- 10% Power Supply
3. Configure the signal output as 3-wire 4~ 20mA or 4-wire RS485
4. Set the alarm point to 5ppm (formaldehyde)
5. Start the equipment for Gas detection
Notice
* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0-95% RH (no condensation)
Make sure the Sensor is mounted face down to optimize gas contact
* When using passive relay output, pay attention to the full load Power does not exceed 1kW
* Periodically check Indication Errors to be within +/- 3% FS
* Follow explosion protection requirements and avoid use in non-specified environments
