Overview
FET-99S intelligent digital eddy current Flaw detector is suitable for online and offline flaw detection of aluminum tubes, aluminum rods, copper wires, aluminum wires, stainless steel wires and steel wires, and can also be used for automatic flaw detection of Miscellaneous mechanical parts. The instrument adopts digital electronic technology, eddy current technology and microcomputer technology, and has the characteristics of easy debugging and operation, reliable and sensitive flaw detection performance. It can detect longitudinal crazing and transverse defects in the production of metal pipes, wires and bars. Sensitivity to axial defects is high.

Principle
The instrument detects metal material defects through eddy current technology. The product is placed on the swirl/spin tooling, the Probe is attached to the surface of the workpiece, the product moves forward with the swirl/spin tooling, and the Probe scans to detect the surface of the product. When a defect is detected, the instrument will issue an automatic alarm; when there is no defect, it will not alarm.

Steps
1. Put the product on the swirling/spinning tooling
2. Probe is attached to the surface of the workpiece, the product moves forward with the swirl/spin tooling, and Probe detects and scans the surface of the product
3. Automatic alarm when defective
4. No alarm when there are no defects
