Overview
The HOBO UX100-014M is a single channel Thermocouple temperature recorder primarily used to record Ambient Temperature indoors. Compatible with a wide range of Thermocouple Probe types, the recorder is suitable for industrial process monitoring as well as applications such as monitoring concrete maturity, providing a flexible measurement solution.

Principle
The UX100-014M Thermocouple Temperature Logger is connected to an external Thermocouple Sensor (purchased separately) via its single-channel interface to Measuring temperature. The logger performs signal processing internally and uses a built-in thermistor to perform temperature compensation on the cold junction of the Thermocouple to improve Measurement accuracy. Measurement Data is stored in internal memory and can be downloaded via the USB interface.

Steps
1. Connect a compatible Thermocouple Sensor to the recorder.
2. Set the recording parameters (such as recording interval, start mode, Alarm threshold, etc.) through the recorder button or supporting software.
3. Start recording (can be set to start immediately, button start, regular start, etc.).
4. The recorder performs data collection and storage according to the settings.
5. Connect to the computer through the USB interface and use the supporting software to download the data.
