Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow, generating strong vortices, and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Mixing Tank (e.g. double-decked chill down jacket barrel) according to the material and Processing capacity and fix it on the jacket device.
2. Select and install the corresponding working head (dispersion disc or sand disc) according to the process requirements (dispersion, grinding, etc.).
3. Adjust the working head to the appropriate height in the Mixing Tank through the manual lifting handle and lock it.
4. Rotation speed and running time are set by CPU digital controller.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding and other operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning.

* Applicable material viscosity ≤ 25,000 cps, Processing capacity range is 0.2-5 L.
The recommended line speed of the equipment is 20-25m/s.
* Use the barrel clamping device to fix the mixing barrel to prevent safety accidents caused by the displacement of the barrel body during work.
* Double-decked chill down The jacket barrel needs to be cooled down with water during operation to control the temperature rise.
* The working head (such as dispersion disc) is fixed with hexagon bolts, please pay attention to the operation when disassembling and replacing.
* The equipment is a manual lifting method, and the lifting Travel is 250mm.
