Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, and spiraling down to the bottom of the eddy current. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification.

Steps
1. Use the locking and lifting handle to quickly lift and fix the equipment.
2. Fix the dispersion disc and spindle by hexagon bolts, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement.
3. Use the barrel clamping device to quickly fix the mixing barrel to prevent displacement.
4. Set the CPU digital display control and perform regular speed operation.
5. Run the equipment to achieve dispersion, grinding, mixing or mixing functions.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 25,000 cps.
• Processing capacity range is 0.2-5 L, do not overload.
• When the equipment is running, ensure that the Mixing Tank is fixed to prevent safety accidents.
