MUXUAN MXF-A1.5 Small Batch Mixing Disperser is a new type of product designed according to the actual needs of production. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks. It provides correct data for large-scale production and can also be used for small batch production. Processing capacity is 10-70L.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape, and generates a strong shear impact and friction between the particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate mixing form according to the material characteristics
2. Rotation speed to desired range (0-1500rpm)
3. Adjust the position of the dispersion disc by hand lifting
4. Start the device for decentralized mixing operation
5. Turn off the device after completing the operation

• Material viscosity should be ≤ 50000 cps
• Processing capacity range of 10-70L
• The maximum size of the container that can be placed is 400mm in diameter and 560mm in height.
• Make sure the power supply is 220V/380V before use
